  Appeals court upholds Ten Commandments ruling: The Sixth Circuit, sitting en banc, ruled as constitutional a Ten Commandments display at a courthouse in Mercer County, Kentucky.

  Judge says Ten Commandments can stay: In a Ten Commandments case out of Ohio, a U.S. District Court judge ruled that a monument that had been on a courthouse lawn for nearly 50 years is not unconstitutional. From the article:

The American Civil Liberties Union of Ohio sued Lucas County in 2002 to have the display removed, saying it was unconstitutional and promoted religion.
