  Update on Adams County/Ohio Valley School Board v. Berry Baker, et al.: The Adams County case before the supreme court is Docket No. 04-65. The Petition for Writ of Certiorari in that case can be found here. As the case was distributed for conference of October 29, 2004, it is likely that we will hear a decision on cert. on November 1.
